If you are just introducing us to a potential candidate, the AIS Recruitment Team will take it from there! If there is a specific position the referred candidate is interested in, they are encouraged to apply at www.ainfosec.com/careers and indicate your name on the application.
If we hire the candidate you referred, upon completion of 90 days continuous employment, a Recruitment team member will contact you regarding payment of the finder’s fee.
Terms and Conditions:
No self-referrals.
Referred candidate must be hired for an open position.
The referral needs to be submitted prior to the candidate applying for an open position.
Referred candidate must complete 90 days of continuous employment.
Submission of completed W9.
Finder’s fee eligibility expires one year after referral is submitted.
To qualify for the finder’s fee for Top Secret (SCI FS Poly and SCI CI Poly), the position must require that clearance.
