AIS is pleased to make the following staff announcements:
Mike Dyer has been named Program Manager of the Adaptive Systems Technologies (AST) Group at AIS.
Dyer earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Management Systems from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. He is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and has further certifications in ITIL v3 and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4.0.
Over the past 18 years, Dyer has worked for several industry partners in both the government and commercial markets. He spent 16 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was most recently a Program/Project Manager.
Catherine Hulser has been named Program Manager for the Systems Analysis and Exploitation (SAE) Group at AIS.
Hulser earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utica College in Utica, New York, and a MBA in Management from Strayer University in Herndon, Virginia. She also holds a master’s certification in Government Contracts and Procurement.
She has more than 10 years of experience working as a contractor in federal contracting across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). She spent almost 12 years with Booz Allen Hamilton managing business functions and contracts, most recently as a Program/Project Manager.
